A Satisfactory Stay
perfect location friendly staff lovely decor missing view shutters problem bottle chute
The location proved perfect for my needs. The staff members were friendly. The hotel's decor created a lovely atmosphere.
My room lacked a view. It overlooked an inner courtyard. Shutters seemed to be falling off windows. I heard a bottle chute noise periodically.

mixed experience due to noise issues
nightly noise private events
the hotel's location was acceptable. it provided easy access to many sights.
I was very disappointed by the nightly noise. private events in the courtyard continued until late at night. staff cleared up noisily after, dragging furniture. It disrupted my sleep and made relaxing impossible.

missing elevator indifferent staff
the room felt acceptably clean after a long day exploring the island.
i experienced problems . the lack of an elevator was difficult. the stairs felt endless, especially with luggage. the staff attitude was disappointing. they looked indifferent and not really helpful when i requested assistance.

central location beautiful courtyard helpful staff
the location was indeed very central. the courtyard provided a beautiful space for relaxation. breakfast was quite good , and i appreciated that the staff were both helpful and friendly. i found these aspects particularly positive .

the hotel benefits from a central position near key attractions. i noticed it is a short walk from the cathedral and main shopping streets. several restaurants and cafes are also within easy reach.

the superior double or twin room featured good air conditioning. a coffee maker and tea were included. beds and pillows were comfortable , and i found it quiet at night to sleep , which was nice.

the staff ensured that the room included a coffee machine , and were refilling it on a daily basis. i saw that they offered luggage storage after check-out. they were also arranging transport to the airport , upon request.

the breakfast included both hot options and prosecco , so you can start the day in style. bread , charcuterie , and fresh eggs were offered. however , i think there were few options that were diverse enough.
